金科節(jié)能保證嚴(yán)格按照國(guó)家現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的規(guī)定施工,與業(yè)主方緊密配合,并承諾如下: 1、建立客戶檔案,實(shí)行電腦程序化管理,根據(jù)每個(gè)客戶的使用期限,通過(guò)電話、信函、上門等形式,了解客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、性能、售后服務(wù)等方面的意見,及時(shí)為客戶排憂解難; 2、我公司承諾在設(shè)備正常操作情況下,對(duì)本工程配置的設(shè)備、材料、器件(乙方購(gòu)置)提供1年內(nèi)的免費(fèi)維護(hù)(易損件除外); 3、派駐專業(yè)的施工隊(duì)伍,施工人員掛牌上崗,接受監(jiān)督; 4、服從業(yè)主方、監(jiān)理的監(jiān)督管理及與其它工種密切配合; 5、工程竣工后,我公司根據(jù)招標(biāo)人要求,在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)安裝調(diào)試完工; 6、在工程驗(yàn)收合格后,公司將免費(fèi)為客戶提供相關(guān)人員的技術(shù)培訓(xùn),內(nèi)容包括設(shè)備操作規(guī)程、日常維修、預(yù)防性維修、系統(tǒng)故障調(diào)校等維護(hù)保養(yǎng)程序; 7、重視客戶反映,接受客戶投訴; 8、系統(tǒng)使用過(guò)程中一旦發(fā)生故障,公司維修人員將在正常工作日3日內(nèi)到現(xiàn)場(chǎng); 9、正常操作情況下免費(fèi)質(zhì)量保證期:一年; 10、公司承建的鋼板倉(cāng)工程由中國(guó)平安保險(xiǎn)公司承保。 English version Jinko Energy Conservation guarantees strict construction in accordance with the current national regulations, closely cooperates with the owner, and promises the following: 1. After the engineering acceptance is qualified, the company will provide free technical training for relevant personnel to customers, including equipment operation procedures, daily maintenance, preventive maintenance, system fault calibration and other maintenance procedures; 7. Value customer feedback and accept customer complaints; 8. Once a malfunction occurs during the use of the system, the company's maintenance personnel will arrive on site within 3 normal working days; 9. Free quality assurance period under normal operating conditions: one year; 10. The steel silo project undertaken by the company is underwritten by Ping An Insurance Company of China. |
