通俗地說，凡是儲存散粒狀物料的圓筒狀構(gòu)筑物均可稱為倉，鋼板做的倉庫叫做鋼板倉。鋼板倉具有容納、儲存、裝卸、倒車等功能，具有平衡生產(chǎn)過程、確保持續(xù)生產(chǎn)、節(jié)省人力、提高機(jī)械化程度等作用。

Simply put, any cylindrical structure that stores granular materials can be called a warehouse, and a warehouse made of steel plates is called a steel plate warehouse. 　　鋼板倉大致分為裝配式鋼板倉、螺旋式鋼板倉、焊接式鋼板倉三種。

       Steel plate warehouses are roughly divided into three types: prefabricated steel plate warehouses, spiral steel plate warehouses, and welded steel plate warehouses.
　　1、裝配式鋼板倉是工廠鋼板鉆孔，現(xiàn)場用高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接組裝而成的鋼板倉，裝配式鋼板倉具有以下特點(diǎn)：

            Prefabricated steel plate silo is a steel plate silo assembled by drilling steel plates in the factory and connecting them with high-strength bolts on site.                     Prefabricated steel plate silo has the following characteristics:
　　    （1）相同的規(guī)格比其他倉庫型的強(qiáng)度小，費(fèi)用低；

                    The same specifications have lower strength and lower cost compared to other warehouse types;
　　    （2）可以在現(xiàn)場直接組裝，施工速度很快，對安裝人員的技術(shù)要求不高；

                    It can be assembled directly on site, with fast construction speed and low technical requirements for installation personnel;
　　    （3）可拆卸重組、再利用；

                    Removable, reassembled, and reusable;
　　    （4）采用高強(qiáng)度螺栓連接鋼板，氣密性相對較差，不適合儲存粉末材料和變質(zhì)材料。

                    The use of high-strength bolts to connect steel plates results in relatively poor air tightness and is not suitable for storing powder materials and                             deteriorated materials.

2、螺旋式鋼板倉

    Spiral steel plate silo

　　螺旋式鋼板倉（也稱為卷邊倉）是利用“冷軋彎曲”原理，層壓鋼板連續(xù)冷藏咬邊的，其結(jié)構(gòu)決定了只能適用于薄板。螺旋式鋼板倉特點(diǎn)如下：

        The spiral steel plate warehouse (also known as the edge rolling warehouse) uses the principle of "cold rolling and bending" to continuously refrigerate and         bite the edges of laminated steel plates. Its structure determines that it can only be used for thin plates. The characteristics of the spiral steel plate silo are as         follows:

　　    （1）密封性能好，可存放水泥、粉煤灰、食品等各種粉狀物質(zhì)和液體材料。

                    Good sealing performance, can store various powdered and liquid materials such as cement, fly ash, food, etc.

　　    （2）由于連續(xù)冷彎咬邊，整體穩(wěn)定性、安全性有所提高（各地區(qū)強(qiáng)烈地震測試經(jīng)驗(yàn)），壽命長。

                    Due to continuous cold bending and edge biting, the overall stability and safety have been improved (based on strong earthquake testing experience                     in various regions), and the service life is long.

　　    （3）不能分解，只能永久使用。

                    Cannot be decomposed, can only be used permanently.

　　    （4）對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備操作員的技術(shù)要求高，對卷軸材料的要求高，材料的范圍就會縮小。

                    The technical requirements for on-site equipment operators are high, and the requirements for reel materials are high, which will narrow down the range of                                  materials.

　　    （5）與同一規(guī)格相比，倉庫組裝用鋼量高，因此費(fèi)用相應(yīng)增加。

                   Compared to the same specification, the warehouse assembly requires a higher amount of steel, resulting in a corresponding increase in costs.
　　3、焊接式鋼板倉

            Welded steel plate silo

　　焊接式鋼板倉（也稱為鋼板庫）由鋼板焊接制成，是我國鋼板倉行業(yè)不斷發(fā)展中，我國自主開發(fā)的大型焊接鋼板倉。焊接式鋼板倉有以下特點(diǎn)：

       Welded steel plate warehouse (also known as steel plate warehouse) is made of welded steel plates and is a large-scale welded steel plate warehouse independently developed by China in the continuous development of the steel plate warehouse industry. The welded steel plate silo has the following characteristics:

　　    （1）倉庫量大，單個庫容量為1萬至10萬噸，可以組成更大容量的存儲群。

                    The warehouse has a large capacity, with a single storage capacity of 10000 to 100000 tons, which can form a larger storage group.

　　    （2）與螺旋鋼板倉相比，施工時間長，重量超過螺旋鋼板倉的2-3倍，每3-5年需要防腐處理。那么，鋼板倉在使用過程中如何延長壽命呢？

                    Compared with the spiral steel plate silo, the construction time is longer, the weight exceeds 2-3 times that of the spiral steel plate silo, and anti-                            corrosion treatment is required every 3-5 years. So, how to extend the service life of steel plate silos during use?

　　1、經(jīng)常檢查墻壁是否有變形，注意加強(qiáng)螺栓連接，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)螺栓掉下來，要及時填滿。

            Regularly check whether the walls are deformed, pay attention to strengthening bolt connections, and if bolts are found to fall off, they should be filled in a             timely manner.

　　2、卸料空倉以后，要確認(rèn)密封性、門框和相鄰的側(cè)板是否有變形，以及是否發(fā)生裂紋。如果發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況，要及時采取適當(dāng)?shù)慕鉀Q措施。另外，還要檢查錐度的連接部位是否有異常，并進(jìn)行處理。

            After unloading the empty warehouse, it is necessary to confirm the sealing, whether the door frame and adjacent side panels are deformed, and whether cracks have occurred. If any abnormal situation is found, appropriate measures should be taken promptly. In addition, it is necessary to check whether there are any abnormalities in the connection part of the taper and take appropriate measures.

　　3、如果發(fā)現(xiàn)焊接變形、焊接裂紋等情況，應(yīng)暫時停止供應(yīng)，防止意外情況發(fā)生。

            If welding deformation or welding cracks are found, the supply should be temporarily stopped to prevent unexpected situations from occurring.
